LUMINA STRATEGIC ADVISORY LLC (doing business as Lumina AI Advisory)
Last updated: August 6, 2026  ·  Effective date: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

LUMINA STRATEGIC ADVISORY LLC — a Florida limited liability company doing business as Lumina AI Advisory ("Lumina," "we," "us," or "our") — helps small and mid-size businesses grow through diagnostic audits, revenue and process automation, and management and AI-automation advisory. We hold our handling of your information to the same standard we bring to our clients' operations.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, who we share it with — and, just as importantly, who we do not — and the choices and rights you have. It covers information we collect through our website at https://luminaaiadvisory.com (the "Site"), through our phone calls and text messages, and in the course of delivering our services.

By using the Site, contacting us, or opting in to our calling and text-messaging program, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.

Where a separate written services or data-processing agreement governs a client engagement, that agreement controls for the client data it covers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and run a compliant communications program. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

  • Contact and identity details — your name, business name and role, email address, and mailing or business address.
  • Telephone and mobile numbers — the phone number you give us and, where you opt in, your mobile number for text messaging.
  • Calling and SMS consent records — that you opted in, the opt-in method (website form, inbound text, or verbal consent on a recorded call), and the date and time consent was captured.
  • Communications content — the substance of your inquiries, emails, texts, and other correspondence with us.
  • Call recordings and transcripts — audio recordings of calls, and any transcripts or notes derived from them, where recording applies (see Section 7).
  • Business and engagement information — details about your company, operations, goals, and challenges that let us scope and deliver our work.
  • Website and usage data — information collected automatically when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not seek sensitive personal information — such as government identifiers, financial-account numbers, or health data — through our general intake, and we ask that you not send it unless we have specifically requested it for a defined purpose.

3. How We Collect It

We collect information in four ways:

  • Directly from you — when you complete a form, request a consultation or audit, email or call us, reply to our texts, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Through our calling and messaging program — when you place or receive a call, send or receive a text, or give verbal consent on a recorded line.
  • In the course of delivering services — when you share business information during an engagement.
  • Automatically — through cookies, analytics tools, and server logs when you browse the Site (see Section 9 for your cookie choices).

We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not accept phone numbers or messaging consent obtained by anyone other than you. Every number in our program comes from consent you gave us directly.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and requests;
  • schedule, scope, and deliver our consulting and AI-automation services;
  • send the calls and texts you opted in to receive — namely (a) sales and outreach about our services, (b) conversational customer-care replies, and (c) account, appointment, and service notifications;
  • record and log consent and maintain accurate records of your communication preferences;
  • record certain calls for quality, training, and record-keeping (see Section 7);
  • operate, secure, and improve our Site and services;
  • meet legal, regulatory, and carrier-program obligations; and
  • protect our rights, our clients, and the integrity of our systems.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

5. Mobile Messaging (SMS) & Calling

This section describes our text-messaging and calling program in full. It is the controlling description of how the program works, written so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you opt in.

5.1 Program and message categories

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, LUMINA STRATEGIC ADVISORY LLC ("Lumina AI Advisory") may send you recurring text messages in three categories:

  1. Sales and outreach about our consulting and AI-automation services;
  2. Conversational customer-care replies to your inquiries; and
  3. Account, appointment, and service notifications.

These are business messages about our own services. We do not send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties, and we do not use your number to deliver anyone else's marketing.

5.2 How we obtain your consent

We obtain your prior express consent through any of these methods:

  • (a) Website opt-in form — you submit a form on our Site and affirmatively check an SMS-consent box that is unchecked by default. You can decline SMS and still complete your primary request (such as a consultation inquiry); the SMS box is a separate, standalone choice.
  • (b) Inbound text — you text us first, or reply to us, to start or continue a conversation.
  • (c) Verbal consent on a recorded call — you give verbal consent during a phone call, which is recorded and logged with a date-and-time stamp.

We keep a record of each consent, including the method, date, and time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

5.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies — for example, you may receive up to a few messages per week, depending on your interactions with us.

5.4 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5.5 How to stop messages (opt out)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP — or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation text and then send no further messages unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by any other reasonable method, such as emailing privacy@luminaaiadvisory.com or telling us on a call. If you revoke consent for one type of message, we treat it as revocation across all of our automated calls and texts, and we honor any reasonable opt-out request within ten (10) business days.

5.6 How to get help

For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@luminaaiadvisory.com, or call the number listed at https://luminaaiadvisory.com. Our HELP reply provides our program name (Lumina AI Advisory) and support contact information.

5.7 Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Lumina AI Advisory nor any wireless carrier guarantees that messages will be delivered.

5.8 We never sell or share your mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text-messaging consent (opt-in) data are never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with, or transferred to, third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation partners for marketing.

The only parties that ever handle your number are the messaging and telecommunications vendors that operate our texting and calling program on our behalf (for example, our messaging-platform and telephony provider). They receive it solely so we can deliver the messages you asked for, and they are contractually barred from using it for any other purpose. In short: your number is used to communicate with you, and for nothing else.

5.9 Program operator

This program is operated by LUMINA STRATEGIC ADVISORY LLC, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Questions about the program: privacy@luminaaiadvisory.com. Your use of the program is also governed by our Terms of Service at https://luminaaiadvisory.com/terms (SMS terms are mirrored at https://luminaaiadvisory.com/sms-terms) and by this Privacy Policy at https://luminaaiadvisory.com/privacy.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below, and never for money or other valuable consideration for marketing.

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate — our messaging and telephony platform, website hosting, scheduling, email, and analytics providers. They may process it only to provide services to us, under contracts that require them to protect it and forbid using it for their own purposes.
  • Legal and compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, regulation, or lawful government request; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lumina, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of the transaction, subject to this Policy.

To restate the commitment in Section 5.8: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. The only sharing of your phone number is with the telecommunications vendors that deliver our program to you, for that sole purpose.

7. Call Recording & Consent Logging

Some calls to or from Lumina AI Advisory are recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping, and to log consent. We disclose that a call is being recorded at the start of the call. Florida is an all-party (two-party) consent state, and our recording disclosure is designed to meet that requirement.

If you give verbal consent to receive calls or texts on a recorded line, we retain a timestamped record of that consent — the date, time, and method — so we can honor your preferences and demonstrate that consent was given. You may decline recording, though in some cases that may limit our ability to continue on a recorded line.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, and as long as we must to meet legal, tax, regulatory, and carrier-program obligations.

  • Consent records (method, date, and time) are retained while you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to evidence compliance.
  • Call recordings and transcripts are retained for quality, training, and record-keeping, then deleted or de-identified on a routine schedule.
  • Contact and engagement information is retained for the life of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward, consistent with our legal and record-keeping obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using appropriate measures.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You have meaningful control over your information.

  • Calls and texts. You can opt out of texts at any time (Section 5.5) and ask us to stop calling you. Revoking consent for one message type applies across all of our automated calls and texts.
  • Cookies and analytics. Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect Site functionality. Where required, we present cookie choices on your first visit.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — and Florida residents under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, where applicable — may have some or all of these rights.
  • No sale / no targeted-advertising sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect; you may still exercise your other rights.
  • No discrimination. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To exercise any right, email privacy@luminaaiadvisory.com. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframe the law provides. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

10. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including mobile numbers, consent records, and call recordings — against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor due diligence, and contractual confidentiality obligations on our providers.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please take care when sending sensitive information, and contact us immediately if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 18; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children; and we do not call or text minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email privacy@luminaaiadvisory.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

13. International Users

We are based in the United States, and our Site and services are intended for U.S. users. If you access the Site or communicate with us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. By using the Site or our services, you consent to that transfer and processing.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the current version at https://luminaaiadvisory.com/privacy. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of the Site or services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
